After check out, email us with your idea (within reason) & we will create a design preview for you. We will alter & edit your design as many times as it takes before producing your item. If for some reason you decide you are not happy & no longer want to proceed, no problem! A refund will be issued immediately.

Please note: we may not be able to produce the image you require (due to image quality etc.) if you would like to check first, email us beforehand.
