Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship absolutely everywhere.

Ready To Send items

All items available to order on our "ready to send" page are in stock and waiting to be dispatched to you. For UK next day delivery, please place your order before 3pm Mon-Fri. Perfect for those last minute gift's (or something for yourself to wear at the weekend!). Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For 1st class - any delays which may prevent you from receiving your item the next day, which is very rare, is down to Royal Mail.

For any return/exchange queries for our Ready To Send items please contact info@kissclothingonline.com within 24hrs of receipt.

Delivery Time

All of our items are made to order per customer. We work as fast as we can to get your item to you, but please take note of the time frames below. Any queries about deadlines or requirements please email us before placing an order! If you require next day delivery (UK), please visit our Ready To Sednd page to view our items in stock.

 

UK please allow 5-12 working days (and in busy periods, up to 20 days for our bespoke tailored shirts, as these take longer being hand stitched and measured for you!)

 

 

  • Europe please allow 5-14 working days

  • USA/Canada and the rest of the world 5-21 working days

 

 

You will be sent a dispatch email to inform you that your order is on the way. For UK orders, this usually will mean that your order will be delivered the following day. However, any delays from when the order is dispatched is down to the postal services and unfortunately out of our hands!

If your order is attempted to be delivered and no-one is there to sign for the package, you will then have to re-schedule a delivery and/or collect your order from your local postal office. If you fail to do this and your order gets returned to us, there will then be a packaging and redelivery fee to have this sent back to you.

For international orders, you can use the tracking reference we provide with your countires postal couriers websites:

i.e USA - www.usps.com, Canada - www.canadapost.ca, Sweden - www.posten.se etc.

Delivery Information

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service (this excludes P.O Box addresses, as for obvious reasons there is no one to sign for the item). A signature will be required upon receipt of all goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.​

Please be aware for international orders that there may be delays at customs which are beyond our control.

 

​For UK orders, delivery is a flat rate charge of £4.30, orders under £10.00 will be given a discounted delivery charge at the checkout. 

For European orders, delivery is a charge of £8.00, orders under £10.00 will be given a discounted delivery charge at the checkout. Orders over £100, delivery will be £20.00 and orders over £150, delivery will be £30.00.

For International orders, delivery is a flat rate charge of £10.50, orders under £10.00 will be given a discounted delivery charge at the checkout. Orders over £100, delivery will be £20.00 and orders over £150, delivery will be £30.00. All prices here stated, and as on the rest of the website, are in GBP (British Pound Sterling).

Secure ordering and payment options

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments must be made at the Checkout stage before an order is confirmed.

All currencies are accepted, we are currently working on adding a currency converter feature to the site for our international customers, in the meantime we recommend Google currency converter.

What do I do when I can't purchase an item?

If you are ever experiencing difficulties with our site or check out system and want to proceed with an order you can email info@kissclothingonline.com and the order can be dealt with securely via PayPal separate to the site. Simply email with the item required, size and any other information and we can do the rest.

Garment Care

Wash at 30 degrees. Tumble dry safe. We advise turn T-shirts inside out when washing to avoid any abrasion during washing machine cycle. Dry flat or on line to drip dry and shape whilst damp.

Returns

We don’t actually have a return policy at KiSS Clothing. We handle returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with everyone fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

 

May we remind you to bear in mind before purchase because of the personalised nature of the products - in that all items are individually hand created just for you. 

However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we can refund you or replace it - please see ‘FAULTY ITEMS’.

 

Faulty items

We quality check all of our goods before dispatch to ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.

 

In the event that a product has a fault, please email us to report this; it is usually more helpful to provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem).

Please do not send your products back to KiSS without contacting us first.

We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to cover the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is checked. If we are at fault then we will reimburse delivery postage costs. Please note KiSS Clothing reserves the right to reject your refund or exchange request.

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt, in the original condition (with tags, no marks or signs of wear).
